静岡県掛川市は、オーガニックビレッジ宣言を行い、有機農業によるまちづくりを進めています。 大空の下、太陽の光を浴び、鳥のさえずりを聞き、風に吹かれながら育つ野菜たち。その畑に立ち、生産者と語り、土の香りや野菜のみずみずしさを、ぜひ五感で感じてください。 この畑で私たちがお伝えしたいのは、野菜の育て方だけではありません。有機農業とは、作物が本来持つ"生きる力"を育み、環境を守り、人の健康を支え、未来の子どもたちへ豊かな自然をつないでいく営みです。 オーガニックビレッジ掛川の"未来につながる農業"を、ぜひ見て、触れて、味わってください。 農場は東海道新幹線・掛川駅から車で約10分の場所にあります。 英語による農場見学や収穫体験にも対応しています。 【　申し込みから見学までのスケジュール　】 ①事前に有機野菜をお届けします。まずは旬の味を楽しみ、その後、実際の畑へお越しください。年間の栽培スケジュール表を同封しますので、希望の見学時期をご検討ください。 ②出荷場で野菜の選別・箱詰めの様子をご覧いただいた後、農場見学と収穫体験を行いますので、出荷日の月曜、水曜、金曜日の10時～15時の間でおいでください。所要時間は約2時間です。ご都合によりほかの曜日でも承れます。 ③1件のお申し込みにつき3名までお受けします。中学生以下のお子様は人数にかかわらずご参加いただけます。大人の方が3名以上になった場合は、参加料をいただくことでお受けいたします。 ④（来園できなかった場合） お申し込み後、1年間は日程を再調整させていただきます。それでもご都合により来園できなくなった場合は、有機野菜セットを送らせていただきますので、ご安心ください。 【　農場見学の見どころ　】 　◆農場では、多様な生きものたちと共生する有機栽培の現場をご覧いただけます。 広大な農場は豊かな生物多様性に支えられ、微生物や昆虫、鳥など、多様な生きものたちの自然の循環が、旬のおいしい有機野菜を育てています。 温室やビニールハウスに頼らない露地栽培は、エネルギー消費やCO₂排出を抑えた環境負荷の少ない農業です。野菜は太陽の光をたっぷり浴び、大空の下で風に吹かれながら育ちます。 2014年に有機JAS認証を取得。生産者や栽培方法が分かるトレーサビリティ（Traceability）にも取り組んでいます。2018年にはコーシャ認証（Kosher Certification）の取得実績もあります。 ◆農業の基本は土づくり、その様子を見てください。 野菜の味わいや栄養は、土によって変わります。当農場は、第三紀層と呼ばれる、太古の昔に海底だった地層が隆起してできた土地にあります。粘土質のため栽培には手間がかかりますが、ミネラルを豊富に含み、味わいの濃い野菜が育ちます。当地の特産品である深蒸し茶の味の評価が高いのも同じ理由です。 有機栽培専用農場として整備し、農薬・除草剤・化学肥料は一切使用していません。野菜本来の力を大切にしながら土の健康を守ることが、野菜の「生きる力」を育てることにつながると考えています。 ◆Farm to Table（農場から食卓へ）。自然豊かな農場から、旬の野菜をお届けしています。 野菜セットの流通は、各地の野菜を集めて箱詰めする集配型が多くなっています。当商品は、収穫した野菜を生産者が農場から直接お届けする「Farm to Table」のスタイルです。 生産者と一緒に畑を歩き、野菜を収穫し、その日の旬の味を楽しんでいただきます。どんな人が、どんな思いで育てたのか。その背景も含めて、「Farm to Table」を畑で体験してください。 ◆自然への感謝を大切にし、未来へつながる農業を実践しています。 自然の恵みに感謝し、収穫した野菜を伊勢神宮へ奉納しています。 また、学校給食や子ども食堂への野菜提供など、地域や未来を担う子どもたちの食を支える活動にも取り組んでいます。 こうした活動が評価され、農林水産省「未来につながる持続可能な農業推進コンクール」で表彰されました。 私たちは、野菜を育てることは、おいしい野菜をつくるだけではなく、環境を守り、人の健康を支え、未来の子どもたちへ豊かな自然をつないでいく営みだと考えています。 【　最初にお届けする野菜セット　】 お申込みいただいたら、農場見学に先立って有機野菜セットをお届けします。まずは旬の有機野菜をご家庭で味わっていただき、その後、実際の畑へお越しください。 「農場直送　オーガニック農園しあわせ野菜畑の有機野菜　Ｓセット」 有機JAS認証を取得した、季節ごとの旬の有機野菜を６～８袋をお届けします。 (春)　玉ねぎ　じゃがいも　いんげん　ズッキーニ　スナップエンドウ　など (夏)　きゅうり　ナス　オクラ　ピーマン　カボチャ　ゴーヤ　空芯菜　など (秋)　にんじん　かぶ　ネギ　小松菜　ラディッシュ　ごぼう　ルッコラ　など (冬)　ブロッコリー　キャベツ　白菜　大根　ほうれん草　　からし菜　など （有機JAS認証取得　2014年11月10日） 【　生産者の紹介　】 しあわせ野菜畑は、年間約50品目の有機野菜を栽培する静岡県内最大級の有機野菜農園です。 代表の大角は、静岡県高等学校の元農業教員です。「農業に興味を持つ若い世代が、夢や希望を持つ農業を見せたい」との思いから、2009年47歳で教員を退職し、有機農業の道を歩み始めました。 2012年に農業法人化し、有機野菜の全国宅配を開始し、2026年にはNPO法人有機農業を広める会かけがわを設立しました。有機農業を通して、未来につながる地域づくりを進めています。 【　私たちが目指す有機農業　】　 　≪　お届けするのは“生きる力”、伝えたいのは“食の物語”　≫ 有機農業とは、作物が本来持つ"生きる力"を育み、環境を守り、人の健康を支え、未来の子どもたちへ豊かな自然をつないでいく営みだと考えています。 そのために私たちは、温室やハウスに頼らない露地栽培で、多品目栽培や生物多様性を大切にしながら、自然の中でゆっくり育てています。 農薬や化学肥料を使わないことは目的ではありません。作物が本来持つ“生きる力”を引き出すための手段です。 そんな食が生まれた環境や、生産者の思いも含めて、その背景にある「食の物語」を、ぜひ畑で感じ、持ち帰っていただければ幸いです。

Enjoy Our Vegetables Before Your Visit After your reservation, we'll send an organic vegetable box to your home in Japan. Taste the vegetables first and discover their freshness. We'll also include our annual growing calendar so you can choose the season that interests you most. ________________________________________ 2. Visit the Farm Our regular farm tours are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, when we harvest and ship vegetables throughout Japan. This allows you to experience real farm operations rather than a demonstration. The tour and harvesting experience lasts approximately 2 hours. If these days are not convenient, we'll do our best to arrange another date. Your ticket remains valid for one full year, and because Shizuoka's mild climate allows vegetables to grow outdoors throughout the year, you may reschedule your visit in any season. If you're ultimately unable to visit, we'll happily send you another organic vegetable box instead, so your purchase is never wasted. ________________________________________ Meet Your Farmer My name is Masami Osumi, a representative of the organic farm. Before becoming an organic farmer, I taught agriculture at a high school in Shizuoka for many years. During my teaching career, I visited organic farms in Germany and France to study sustainable agriculture. One conversation with an elderly organic grape grower overlooking the Rhine Valley changed my life and inspired me to dedicate myself to organic farming. Before starting this farm, I also traveled to Oregon in the United States to learn from leading organic farmers. Today, my mission is simple: To grow healthy food while protecting the environment for future generations.
